If Athena, the goddess of Wisdom, was a tele skier, she would be proud this boot was named after her. Garmont's Athena is their most versatile women's-specific Power Wrap 75mm telemark boot. Like the Men's Kenai, it has an easier flex and mid-height cuff designed for those who tour as much as frequenting the resorts. Its lower cuff design is well-suited for a woman's lower leg shape. With its High Overlap and anatomical shape, it skis like the biggest boots, with more flexibility for deeper teles and touring. Its cuff locks securely for turns and can be unlocked to hinge freely. Four separate injections fine-tune the Athena's superb forward flex and decisive lateral stiffness. The Power Wrap's a.d.d. Anatomical shell has a custom-bootfitter fit right out of the box, with "pre-punched" areas for skier's feet. A wise choice, indeed. Closeout, limited to stock on hand.
