Engineered for regular use, the Tikka 2 CORE utilizes a lithium Ion Polymer battery and has three lighting modes with a light output of 35 lumens for optimal performance. With the OS by Petzl software, you can customize your headlamp settings to accommodate the activities you do most. The software is used to help determine the type of lighting you need. When regulated your light output remains constant whereas an unregulated output diminished progressively to save battery life. The Petzl Tikka 2 CORE Headlamp is compatible with all standard USB chargers and the lithium ion battery can be replaced by three LR03/AAA batteries, if you choose.
